THE EUROPEAN UNION CO-FINANCES THE DRACO D.O.O. COMPETITIVENESS AND EFFICIENCY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT THROUGH INVESTMENT IN NEW SOFTWARE AND COMPUTER AND COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT.

Project Improving the Competitiveness and Efficiency of DRACO D.O.O. through investment in new software and computer and communication equipment was co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund.

The main goal of the project is to strengthen the market position and improve the efficiency and competitiveness of DRACO in the global market by implementing state-of-the-art ICT solutions in the business. The project addresses the problem in the company’s business based on outdated software and hardware solutions that no longer follow the company’s needs in the modern market. Process optimization is achieved through the optimization of business processes, human resource management, finance and accounting, asset management, logistics, marketing, procurement, sales, strategic planning, risk management and production.

The target groups are employees of the company, the company and all users of the Applicant’s service.

The following software solutions are procured through the central project activity:

  • Software to support accounting, finance, procurement and logistics, which will enable automatic entry of accounting items, monitoring of payment deadlines, analytical and reporting functions by processes, and modification and adjustment of entry to the needs of individual items. Its application will speed up and optimize the processes of accounting and finance, procurement, logistics and strategic planning. The custom software solution will also integrate all other supporting software procured by the project.
  • Salary software and document management that will shorten the operational wait for processing all incoming and outgoing documents; archiving, analysis and searchability of the same will bring operational benefits in the processing of salaries, evaluation of performed tasks of employees. A large number of operational documents must now be easily stored on a central server by categorization and mapping, the documents will be processed and sent for approval to the responsible persons. The entire process of administrative business management will be greatly improved and facilitated by the use of this software, which also enables automation of data entry and control.
  • Software for improvement and optimization of the production process that will enable realistic monitoring of production costs with the formation of a real product price where all inputs in production will be taken into account, but also provide “resource tracking” for raw material inputs with an alarm system for optimal quantities, all without the requirement for old-fashioned paper-based process monitoring, with increased productivity, shortening the time required for administrative processing.

For the successful implementation of this software, it is necessary to obtain appropriate supporting ICT equipment.

The project improves the following business processes:

  • Human resource management
  • Finance and accounting
  • Asset management
  • Logistics
  • Marketing
  • Procurement
  • Sales
  • Strategic planning
  • Risk management
  • Production

The three key software will be integrated and integrated into the company’s complete ICT system, thus achieving holistic process integration and synergistic action of the project will contribute to strengthening the company’s competitiveness in the market, making DRACO an even more important market player, with even better and better service. markets, both domestic and foreign.

The result of the project was the acquisition and implementation of customized ICT solutions with accompanying hardware to improve business processes.
