 In order for the facade to retain its aesthetic and functional properties, it is necessary to treat it with a coating resistant to the harmful effects to which it is exposed. Elastic, protective paint DRACO SHIELD 500 is a facade coating that creates an elastic waterproofing film, excellent vapor permeability and resistance to corrosive agents.

The product is extremely resistant to aging, UV rays, frost and defrosting salts. It can be applied on new and old concrete and plaster surfaces. Each surface requires preparation before applying the coating, so that all accumulated grease, salt and dust are cleaned, and in the case of old and plastered surfaces, it is important to remove all loosely bonded parts and repair the missing plaster. DRACO SHIELD 500 is applied to the prepared and dry substrate with a brush or roller.

We use this product as a waterproofing protection of plastered walls based on hydraulic binders (cement and extension plasters), even in the case of small microcracks.
